  • We’re located in Capital Tower, 2 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra CBD — walking distance to City Walk, ANU and Lake Burley Griffin.

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am.
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).

  • We offer easy self check-in with clear instructions sent before arrival.
    Key collection details are provided after booking.

  • Free guest parking is guaranteed on-site in the secure underground car park.
    Paid public parking is also available nearby at Wilson Parking.

  • Professional cleaning before arrival, fresh linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay.

  • Our apartments are suited to couples, families and business travellers.
    Please book for the correct number of guests so we can prepare linen accordingly.

  • Quiet hours apply from 11:00pm to 7:00am within the building. No parties or events. Smoking is not permitted.

  • Among most grocery stores within walking distance, online ordering is also available — a convenient option when it’s too busy to head out or you’d simply prefer to stay in.

    How to enter the address correctly

    1. In Food Delivery App, search and select the delivery address.

    2. In the address line or notes, type “Unit #, 2 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra ACT 2601” so the driver can find the correct building entrance quickly.

    3. If the app asks for delivery preference, choose “Collect / Meet at entrance or reception” (recommended).

    4. In the delivery notes, include the building name: Capital Tower

    5. Keep your phone nearby so you can respond quickly if the driver messages or calls.

    Best practice for a smooth delivery

    • Meeting the driver at the entrance is the fastest and avoids items being left unattended.

    • If you prefer, you can also provide your unit number so the driver can deliver more precisely (building access may vary).
